20-minute AI assessment + report · $99
Edge is an AI business analyst. It spends 20 minutes on the phone asking how your work actually gets done — then writes up what's costing you time and money, and which parts of it AI can realistically take off your hands.
20-minute AI assessment + written report · $99
How it works
You never fill in a form about your business. Edge just asks, the way a good consultant would.
Pay $99 and pick a time — or have Edge call you in the next few seconds. No app, no login, no calendar tag.
Edge opens by telling you it's an AI. Then it follows what you say, asks why things go wrong, and puts numbers to what they cost.
In writing, the next business day: what's leaking money, what to fix first, and honestly whether software is even the answer.
See how Edge thinks
Most owners describe their worst problems as normal. Edge asks why it happens, then what it costs — and won't move on until it has both.
Illustrative example. Edge asks for the numbers before it costs anything out — it never estimates from figures you didn't give it.
What Edge finds
Edge listens for all six. Most owners already suspect two or three of them.
The same information typed twice, the same message written a hundred times, the same file renamed every Friday.
Calls that go to voicemail, quotes nobody followed up, repeat customers nobody asked back.
Work that stops because one person has to touch it — usually you, usually after hours.
The booking tool, the spreadsheet, and the accounting software that all hold different versions of the truth.
The slow reply, the fourth voicemail, the form nobody finishes. Every step where a customer gives up.
Which of the above a tool can already handle today — and which would need building, or shouldn't be touched yet.
What you get
Findings you can act on, ranked — and every number shown with the arithmetic behind it.
The business case
| Estimated time recovered | Hours / week | |
|---|---|---|
| Automatic missed-call capture | 6.0 | |
| Automated first follow-up | 8.0 | |
| Job details entered once | 7.0 | |
| Inbox triage rules | 5.0 | |
| Total per C-level seat | 26.0 |
Estimated value of recovered time per C-level seat
Illustrative assumptions for one C-level seat: 26 recovered hours per week at a $75 loaded hourly value.
Actual reports use each leader's documented workload and the business's own inputs. · 4.33 weeks/month = 52 ÷ 12. ·
Medium confidence
Estimated revenue impact
A revenue figure would need: missed calls per week × qualified-enquiry rate × close rate × average job value. Your assessment produced the first of those four. Still needed:
We will not multiply missed calls by average job value. That assumes every missed call becomes a paying customer, which is not true of any business.
Pricing
Same 20-minute assessment either way. The difference is whether a person walks you through what came back.

Built for honest answers
An assessment is only useful if you can be candid on the call. Four things we hold to, so you can be.
First line of the call, before anything else — and it asks your permission to record before it starts. If you say no, the call ends and you're not charged.
It exists so your report can quote you accurately instead of paraphrasing. Ask us for your recording or transcript at any time and we'll send it.
Edge won't pitch you, name a tool, or quote a price — even if you ask. Anything we could help with goes in the report, where you can ignore it.
No invented statistics, no claims about what software can do, no benchmarks from businesses like yours. If it doesn't know, it says it doesn't know.

Questions
No. Edge is an AI, and it says so in its first sentence. If you ask it directly at any point, it will tell you plainly. The $249 package is the one that includes time with a person — 30 minutes, after your report is written.
Edge asks you to describe the business in your own words, then follows what you say. It spends the first few minutes understanding how the work flows, most of the middle finding where it breaks and what that costs, and the last couple of minutes reading back what it heard so you can correct it.
No. No forms, no documents, no numbers pulled in advance. Take the call somewhere you can talk freely for twenty minutes — that's the only requirement that matters.
Ranges are fine, and Edge will offer them — "closer to five a week, or fifty?" A rough figure you'd stand behind is more useful than a precise one you guessed. Where a number genuinely isn't there, the report says so rather than inventing one.
The next business day. It lists what Edge found, ranked by priority, with the impact stated in your own numbers, a recommended first step for each, and a straight yes or no on whether a tool already exists or something would need building.
Then the report says that. Some of what comes up is a process problem, a staffing problem, or something not worth fixing yet — and you're better off knowing. A report that recommends nothing is a legitimate outcome.
The assessment and the report are identical. $249 adds a 30-minute call with one of our people after the report lands, to go through the findings and help you decide what to do first.
We build AI solutions, so where we could help, the report says so — clearly marked, alongside the findings we can't help with. Buying the assessment doesn't commit you to anything, and plenty of findings point at tools we have nothing to do with.
Twenty minutes on the phone. A written report the next business day.
