Recording, Artificial Intelligence, and Consent

Consultations may involve call recording, transcription, translation, and AI-assisted analysis.

Before a recorded consultation begins, we obtain the authorization and consent required for the applicable consultation and processing activities. Where translation is used, consultation content may be translated for analysis and authorized internal review.

We do not use customer consultation content to train shared or general-purpose AI models unless the customer or participant has separately agreed to that use.

How We Share Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting and data-storage providers, communications and calling providers, transcription or translation providers, artificial-intelligence service providers, payment processors, security providers, and other vendors performing services on our behalf.

These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform their services for us and are subject to applicable contractual and security requirements.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or integrity of Operating Edge AI, our customers, participants, or others.

Advertising Cookies and Meta Pixel

If you accept optional advertising cookies, we use Meta Pixel to measure public website visits, checkout starts, and verified purchases. This helps us understand advertising performance. Meta may receive browser and device information under its own privacy terms.

We do not send consultation recordings, transcripts, reports, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, or private-link identifiers through the Pixel. The Pixel remains off unless you accept, and you may change or withdraw your choice at any time.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, including providing the service, maintaining appropriate business and consent records, resolving disputes, protecting the security and integrity of the service, and satisfying applicable legal obligations.

Customer reports are provided through private delivery methods designed to limit unauthorized access.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
